- Understanding Your Injury
Injury Assessment
Your initial assessment will include full subjective and objective assessments. This will include asking a series of lifestyle and past medical history questions; you will then receive a full musculoskeletal assessment of the area of concern. This is to determine its severity and any underlying causes. A potential diagnosis will be made, and a therapy and exercise programme will then be created specific to you. You will receive an explanation of your injury and hands on treatment for the remainder of the appointment. You will be emailed an aftercare rehabilitation plan after the appointment if needed.
- Enhancing Performance Levels
Sports Massage Therapy
Sports massage is a deep tissue massage that can help reduce tension and soreness in your muscles and increase range of motion which will reduce your risk of injury and enhance performance levels.
