Deposits:

All appointments require a £25 non-refundable booking fee the remaining amount can be paid via cash or card on the day. With at least 48 hours’ notice your appointment date and time can be amended once and your booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment time.

Cancellations:

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, don’t show up or are more than 15 minutes late, the booking fee will be lost.

Block Bookings:

• All appointments must be attended by the same person.
• All appointments must be used within a 12month period.
• Cancelation/no-show rules still apply – if less than 48 hours’ notice is given for a cancellation the appointment will be lost.
• If you cannot attend an appointment, it can be transferred to another date and time once if more than 48 hours’ notice is given.
• Full payment must be made upon booking but you can book the appointments in as you go.
